With a strong legacy and global leadership, our operations in India are guided by Brother George Kizhakkenath, the Provincial, along with his team of dedicated Brothers. The Provincial Curia (headquarters) is based in Poonamallee, Chennai, overseeing our commitment to elderly care across multiple locations.

Our Care Homes

• St. Thomas Home for the Aged, Poonamallee, Chennai – Established in 1985, this home was envisioned by Bro. Alfons Maria Höring to provide compassionate care for the elderly. It stands as a testament to our enduring commitment to hospitality and service.
• Santhi Nilayam, Fathima Nagar, Trichi, Tamil Nadu - Home for the Aged is located, on the campus of Hospitaller Brothers of St. John of God, in Trichy, on the Trichy-Madurai National Highway, a short drive away from Fathima Nagar. Tamil Nadu -620 012
  
• St. John of God CARE HOME. Vellervally, Kannur, Kerala - offers a nurturing environment where your loved ones can thrive. Our dedicated team of compassionate caregivers provides personalized attention and round-the-clock care, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
  
• Other Care Homes – In addition to our flagship home in Chennai, we extend our dedicated care and support through our facilities in other locations, each upholding the same standards of excellence, love, and dignity for our residents.
